Vertical In-Line Pump ESG

The ESG inline pump article provides guidance and review about different types, qualities, durabilities, and prices. In this pump type, the suction and discharge connections are kept in a straight line or inline with each other inside of the casing.

ESG In-line pumps are centrifugal type pumps, and flow of fluid does not change inside the inline pumps. Mostly, the inline pumps are used for the water heating and circulation systems. They operate with water as the fluid medium and are called as the inline water pump.

These pumps are smaller and require very less floor space. In-line pumps are not self-priming type pumps. They pump fluids with less or no solid particles mixed in them. They are used in the boiler, cooling tower, air conditioning systems, and as booster pumps in the water supply system.

Due to their inline flow, they are easier to install. They can be installed like valves in pipelines. Inline pumps are commonly used as booster pumps in thermal power stations

ESG Type inline Pump are  API OH5 type ,single stage, close-coupled pump, which meets the standard ISO5199 and peformance meeting ISO2858 pump . IEC and options NEMA motor is coupled together through the sleeve or coupling clutch. The pump and motor can also share the same shaft. So ESG type close-coupled pump is not necessary to verify the coaxial state and easy to maintenance. The pump and the motor is fixed directly together through coupling bracket, then the completely set installed on the common base frame.

ECDK  Multistage Bottom Suction Submersible Pump                                        

The ECDK are virtually silent multistage pumps that can be used as submersibles in rainwater harvesting systems and wells, and also surface, or “dry”, mounted in unventilated areas and/or rooms liable to flooding or affected with moisture. Construction and performance are the same as the Acuatec submersible pumps, but here the hydraulic assembly is positioned under the motor which is cooled by the liquid being pumped.  The pump casing has pre-drilled fixing holes. They are suitable for pumping clean and potable water (up to 35°C) and water containing up to 60 g/m³ of suspended solids, The pump is also fully cooled by the pumped liquid, avoiding the need for fans.

Eu-flo Pump’s EZE horizontal end-suction pump, the OH2, is specifically designed to meet the needs of the hydrocarbon processing industry.

The API EZE OH2 is designed for optimum reliability, featuring rugged construction and state-of-the-art mechanical design. Units are well suited for applications that include petroleum refining/production/distribution, petrochemical/ chemical processing, boiler circulation/high temperature applications, and general industrial use. A workhorse in the industry, these pumps are designed for years of service, in some of the toughest environments imaginable.

This model is fully compliant with latest edition API 610 specifications. Standard features include renewable casing wear rings, API 610 seal chamber sized to accommodate 682 mechanical seals, back pull-out construction, dynamically-balanced impellers, heavy-duty carbon steel/finned bearing housing equipped with labyrinth-type oil seals, and fan cooling. Fire pump is a part of fire sprinkler system’s water supply. When the pressure in sprinkler system risers and standpipes drops below a threshold, fire pump starts to provide water flow at a higher pressure.

Energy Efficient Split Case Pump

A horizontal split case pump is a unique type of centrifugal pump whose casing is divided into two distinct chambers, which is different from inline or end suction pumps that are assembled with the suction nozzle, discharge nozzle, and casing in one chamber.

The casing can be split vertically or horizontally, relative to the impeller, which gives you either a vertical split case or a horizontal split case pump,respectively. Some manufacturers also offer custom configurations to optimize the pump for specific applications.

Horizontal split case centrifugal pumps are designed with the suction and discharge nozzles in the bottom half of the casing,side by side, while the impeller shaft is positioned between two bearings, one on each side.

This rugged but simple design is particularly suitable for higher flow applications as it reduces thrust loads and allows for operation over a broad range of capacities. With proper application, HSC pumps offer minimal power consumption, low maintenance costs, and extended service life.

How It Works:                                                                                 

The most common split case pump is a single-stage, between bearing, non-self-priming centrifugal volute pump. The design of the pump allows for easy removal of the pump’s top casing to enable easy access to the pump’s components without disturbance with the motor or the piping system.
