Barrel Multistage Pump(BB5) Model BED,BDG

Eu-Flo’s The BB5 type, BED and BDG pumpsare double casing, radially split multistage between bearing pumpsconforming to API 610 requirements. These pumpsare suitable for wide applications in high pressure fluid handling in oil refineries and petrochemical industry. The discharge pressures are designed up to class 2500 and suitable for suction pressures up to 79 bar (g).

According API 610 (BB5pump).

First stage impeller designed to achieve minimum NPSH(R). Option of first stage double suction impeller is also available to still have better NPSH(R).

Casing with centerline mounting.

Enclosed impellers with wear rings.

Inner casings with diffuser design having wear rings.

Axial thrust balancing is by balance disc, double piston or straight piston to suit various applications.

Cartridge type mechanical seals at DE and NDE according to API 682.

Rotor supported in Roller- Ball or Sleeve -Ball arrangement depending on driver power rating. Hydrodynamic radial and thrust bearing in very high energy density pumps.

– DE – Roller bearing.

– NDE – Sleeve bearing and a pair of angular contact ball bearing in back to back arrangement.

Thrust bearing located on the shaft with a lock washer and a lock nut.

Bearings with oil rings lubrication and constant level oiler.

Hydrodynamic Radial and Thrust bearing arrangement with external pressure lubrication.

Pure / purge mist lubrication arrangement.

BED/BDG IS BB5 type horizontal multistage ring section pump, be used as high pressure pumps that is designed according to API610 10^th. The impellers are stacked back to back symmetrically , therefore the axial hydraulic thrust is automatically balanced. Because of the balance drum being canceled, the maintenance cost is reduced and the working is more reliable. The rotors are perfectly dynamically balanced and the maximum stages can be up to 16stages. EDG/EDF type multistage ring section pump is the ideal high pressure pump for your high pressure application.
