Working pressure                                                                

Cast iron pumps are capable of a working pressure of 16 bar. With higher rated flanges, cast steel and stainless steel pumps can be supplied for higher working pressures. All pumps are hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times the rated working pressure.

Normal Inline Pipe Pump ENS

Description                                                                                              

 

The ENS and ENSL pumps are standard-priming close-coupled standard centrifugal pumps with closed impellers compliant with EN 733/DIN 24255. applications include water boosting, heating systems, air-conditioning, washing systems and many other industrial applications. WRAS approved pumps are available upon request.

The pump housing and the impeller are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or of AISI 316.

The pumps are available with a speed of 1450 rpm.

They are ideal for pumping liquids as thin as water without solids when the chemical resistance of the materials that have contact with the liquid must be considered. The max. temperature of the liquid that can be  pumped is below 110 deg C (depending on the suction head).

There are various materials available depending on which mechanical seal is required.

The Back Pullout Design with the help of a coupling spacer facilitates removal of the pump rotating element. The pump rotating element can then be easily dismantled, repaired / overhauled and re-assembled without wastage of time for realignment of pump & motor.

Close Coupling Centrifugal Pump EIS

EIS series pumps are stamped stainless steel close coupled pumps designed as being compliant with the ISO 2858 / DIN 24256 standard. the suction and discharge flanges conform to ISO7005-1:1992 standard. All wetted pats including volute casing. shaft and impeller are made of stamped stainless steel. 

EIS series pumps are manufactured using advantaged Craft and welding technologies. Most parts are interchangeable and minimize the spare parts stock. The pumps are compact in size, light in weight and provide a superior finish. 

The EIS series pumps are suited to low flow, high discharge pressure applications for the light chemical Industries, water treatment, pressure booster pumps, load processing Industries, beverage industries aria genera, industry. Standard end suction series pumps are also available on request for mounting on base plate with motor/coupling arrangement.

Short Coupling Centrifugal Pump EIC/EICV

EIC/EICV type is the single stage, close-coupled Horizontal or vertical inline pump, which meets the standard DIN24256 and ISO2858 to ensure the dimensional interchangeability with other pumps. The pump and the motor is closed coupling together through the sleeve or coupling clutch. The pump and motor can also share the same shaft. So EIC/EICV type inline pump is not necessary to verify the coaxial state and easy to maintenance.
EIC/EICV type inline pumps are usually used in your pipeline system for circulation or boosting. however EIC/EICV also can meeting API OH3 type pump.
